PET/MRI Symposium

Two worlds – one vision

Dear Colleagues,

we would like to welcome you to the second PET/MRI Symposium organized by the University Hospital Essen. After successfully launching our first Symposium on PET/MR imaging in 2017, we are happy to have started a hopefully prosperous and fruitful tradition of annual meetings to provide a joint platform for discussions and active interaction of hybrid imagers all around Europe.

Our Symposium is designed to present researchers and clinical imagers current and evolving applications of PET/MR as well as facilitate an open and active exchange with high-profile speakers and dedicated PET/MRI users. We look forward to an interesting symposium, enticing discussions as well as collaborations on hybrid imaging.

Thanks to our distinguished sponsors we would like to donate the total amount of registration fees to the non-profit foundation “Stiftung Universitätsmedizin Essen”, a foundation dedicated to improve patient care, scientific research and education.

The PET/MRI Symposium “Two worlds – one vision” will be held in Essen on February 10th, 2018. Join us at 08:30 for registration and a wake up coffee to fuel up for a kick-start into a day full of hybrid imaging!

Kind regards,

Prof. Dr. med. K. Herrmann
Prof. Dr. rer. med. H. Quick
Priv.-Doz. Dr. med. L. Umutlu
